Dr. Abbas M. Al-Bakry

He borned in Babylon, Iraq in 1967. He received the B.Sc. degree in Computer Science from University of Technology, Baghdad, Iraq and the M.Sc. degree in Computer Science from University of Babylon. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from University of Technology. He is currently president of the University of Information Technology and Communications, Baghdad, Iraq. He interest in Artificial Intelligent, Expert System, Pattern Recognition. He has contributed as a dean of Faculty of Math and Computer Science, Kufa University, Iraq, and the deputy dean of Information Technology College, Babylon University, Iraq. He was contributed as chair/ co-chair and editor of several journals and conference. He has published researches in international journals including Elsevier and Springer.
